Not Just A Wedding is operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. Our platform provides wedding planning tools for couples in the UK and US.

Not Just A Wedding provides an online wedding planning platform including:
⚠️ Important: Not Just A Wedding is a planning tool only. We do not operate as a wedding agency, do not book suppliers on your behalf, and are not responsible for the quality, availability or conduct of any third-party suppliers found through our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Our premium plans are charged as a single one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Once you have paid, you have lifetime access to all premium features.
Lifetime access means for as long as Not Just A Wedding operates as a service. In the unlikely event that we cease to operate, we will provide at least 90 days notice to registered users.
We intend to add new features over time. Paid customers will receive access to new features at no additional charge. We reserve the right to introduce new premium tiers for significant new feature sets.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store, see or have access to your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase — unless you have already accessed and used the digital content, in which case you waive your right to cancel.
Because our premium features are immediately available and accessible upon payment, by completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the digital content and therefore waive your 14-day cancellation right.
However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email hello@notjustawedding.uk within 14 days and we will do our best to help.

Our platform contains links to third-party websites including venues, dress shops, caterers and other wedding suppliers. These links are provided for convenience only.

Our AI Wedding Assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Please be aware:
All content, design, code and features of Not Just A Wedding are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Your wedding data (guest lists, notes, plans) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over content you create within the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
